First off, there isn’t enough stars to give for how fantastic Alastair is and his therapy. I went to Alastair because I was tired of going to the emergency rooms, and to doctor’s offices being told its just heavy periods. When it would happen, I couldn’t walk, all I could do was crawl to the bathroom and back to bed. I was holding my left side where it hurt. After a few times of seeing Alastair, I no longer had “heavy periods”. I also had Alastair focusing on allergies, (sinuses), migraines, and other things. I stopped getting migraines, sinuses infections, and my allergies were much better! I have more energy, feeling better. No more trips to the emergency room, and no more crawling on the floor to the bathroom, or missing work due to “heavy periods”. Alastair and his different therapies work, and he is fantastic at it.
